Turn the knob to fine-tune the toe arm's angle (up to 180°), so you choose the level of support that feels right.
A thickened, soft silicone pad sits against the side of the bunion, so the brace isn't pressing hard plastic on a sensitive spot.
A big-toe strap, an elastic forefoot band and a fixed heel strap keep the brace positioned while you relax.

Sit or lie down comfortably. Rest your foot on the brace plate so the toe arm runs along the inside of your big toe and the silicone pad sits against the side of the bunion.
Wrap the toe strap around your big toe, then fasten the elastic forefoot band and the heel strap. Each strap should feel secure without pinching or restricting circulation.
Turn the knob a little at a time until your big toe feels gently supported. Comfort comes first: if you feel pain, numbness, tingling or skin irritation, loosen the dial or remove the brace. If you have diabetes, circulation problems or a recent foot injury, check with a healthcare professional before use.
