Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every US order. Most orders arrive within 6–11 business days of being placed (1–3 days to process, then 5–8 days in transit).

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

Orders are sent from our fulfillment partner's warehouse outside the US. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all US orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to show updates, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first. You can also check progress on our Track Your Order page.

Taxes and duties

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We don't expect US customers to be charged any import duties on their order.

Delays

Busy periods, customs checks and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 11 business days of being placed, email us at hello@trytoealign.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
